What Industry Taught Me

Spreadsheets of expenses and sales took on meaning once I saw the production lines behind them. Observing solar module manufacturing helped me connect figures such as production cost and growth with real decisions about scale, materials, and operations — the same link between engineering choices and economic outcomes that runs through my design projects.
